Purchase history in VPP

Hi


When I log in to my Volume Purchase Programme account I am unable to view my purchase history. I get a pop-up saying my session has timed out and I need to sign in again. I am using Apple Configurator 2 to manage apps on iPads in Australian NSW school setting and I'm unable to transfer newly purchased apps into AC2.


Anyone had this problem before?

iPad Air, iOS 9.3
